All villas have hot water, air-conditioning and the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. The villa features an open-plan living with a living room, kitchen and dining area. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa and table. Furthermore, the kitchen has all the basic amenities needed to cook a simple meal. There is also a dining area with a table and chairs.Moreover, there are two swimming pools that you can access during your stay. Other things to noteThe check-in time is possible anytime after 15.00, early luggage drop off is available. The check-out time is before 12.00 PM.In case your arrival or departure time is different, please inform us as soon as possible so we can make the necessary arrangements. Early check-in is possible if previous guests already checked out and if the staff has already prepared your villa but of course you can always drop off your luggage.The villa is a self-catering accommodation so no meals or condiments are included.There are some basic kitchen utensils to cook light meals.Our staff will clean your villa on a daily basis to make sure that all our villas remain in the best condition possible.The neighbourhoodThe villa complex is located in Ungasan, a small village in the Bukit. The villa lies at the end of a small road, which can be a little dark at night. But don’t worry, the neighborhood is very safe and due to our 24/7 security guard on duty, you don’t have to worry about your safety.On the main road, you will find the large Nirmala Supermarket where you can buy most groceries (including meat, fruit, vegetables). The Nirmala Supermarket is only 5 minutes walking from the villa. Furthermore, there are also some restaurants on walking distance.Getting aroundDespite the fact that the villa is not located far from the main road, taxi drivers often have a hard time finding the villa. Therefore, we highly recommend booking your airport transfer on our website or in case you do take a taxi please take the coordinates, google maps location and the phone number of the villa manager with you. In case you book an airport transfer with us, our drivers know the way to the villa, which will reduce your travel time. Moreover, we would also recommend hiring a scooter as this will give you more freedom to travel and explore the area.Our staff can always assist you with ordering a taxi if needed. After working hours of the daily staff, you can always ask the security guard (who will be in the front) to help you with arranging a taxi.If you are coming with your own scooter or car, there is a big parking area located on-side and you can use without any extra costs.
